Mr. Youssef has been the Chief Executive of Xpryme Solutions since May of 2016 and serves as the President responsible for the general management and strategic direction of its overall scientific, technical, financial, and administrative activities.
Mr. Youssef is a results-oriented, customer focused management executive with over 25 years of success in consulting, business development, program management, and systems engineering.
Mr. Youssef has extensive experience leading organizations and developing innovative solutions to some of the most complex challenges facing public sector enterprises in the following domains: satellite telecommunications, transportation, and enterprise engineering. His work experience includes research and development, complex engineering of transportation and telecommunications systems, modeling and simulation, program management and acquisition of large scale systems.
Prior to forming Xpryme Solutions, Mr. Youssef was a Senior Principal at Noblis leading and managing projects within NOAA, the US DOT, and the FAA. As a Senior Associate with Booz Allen and Hamilton, Mr. Youssef served as a subject matter expert in the area of advanced transportation systems and technologies leading and managing projects for the FTA, NYCTA, DOE, DOT, and FAA.
Mr. Youssef holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC)
